Outside the Office
From growing up in Lancaster County to exploring the world, Vanessa blends her deep local roots with a passion for global travel, staying active, and creating meaningful connections. While attending the University of Pittsburgh, she studied and interned abroad in London, England at the Royal Automobile Club. She has walked several Camino de Santiago routes across Europe, as well as part of the Appalachian Trail for our annual Hike 4 Tikes. Beyond her travels, Vanessa stays active lifting weights, hiking, and gardening—and can often be found enjoying a mid-afternoon espresso. She speaks some German, has been learning French since 2000, and has picked up a little Spanish along her journeys. She actively attends Community Fellowship Church and loves spending time with family and friends - especially when it involves cooking and eating really good food.
