Greg Staub began his career in financial services in 1986 with a commercial bank, where he first served as a trust officer and then as marketing manager. In 1991, Greg founded Pilot Capital Management and later obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1993. In 2011, his son, Matt, joined the firm. In 2018, Greg merged Pilot Capital Management with Planning Strategies, Inc., joining forces with Steve Mitchell and Scott Smith to co-found PSI Capital Management.
As Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Greg and the team at PSI Capital Management have been showing business owners, families and individuals how to grow, preserve, protect and pass on their wealth for over 32 years.

Outside the Office
Greg is a native of Hanover, PA, where he and his wife Edie call home. They have been married since 1979 and have four adult children; they are the proud grandparents of six grandchildren. Greg enjoys reading (especially history), playing golf, fly fishing, and spending time with his family, children and grandchildren.
