
Matt Staub began his career in financial services in 2011 when he joined Pilot Capital Management. Matt holds his securities license and obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2015. His primary duties include serving individuals and institutions with their planning and investment needs, as well as serving as PSI’s Chief Operating Officer.

Matt grew up in Hanover, PA and he met his wife, Sarah, in high school. They have been married since 2015 and now live in Harrisburg, PA. They enjoy finding new and cool restaurants to try, eating great food, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Matt also enjoys running, being outdoors, watching and playing sports and volunteering his time towards worthy causes.
